For restaurants, hospitality businesses and brands, I find the strongest story inside the place, product or people, then turn it into sharper, more engaging editorial and short-form video.

I spent 18 years working in restaurants, including opening and running my own critically-acclaimed British-Italian restaurant in Peckham.

My work has since appeared in The Spectator, The Independent, UnHerd, The Critic, and elsewhere.

I also publish a weekly Substack about restaurants, food, people and the history still living around us.
